The program functions to promote public safety by helping consumers access credible moving organizations.

BBB Accredited Moving Company

The Better Business Bureau helps people find businesses, brands, and charities they can trust. Nearly 400,000 BBB Accredited Businesses support the mission of BBB, and their dues and contributions allow BBB to offer its information and services to consumers at no charge.

International Association of Movers

The International Association of Movers (IAM) is the moving and forwarding industry’s largest global trade association. With more than 2,000 members, it comprises companies that provide moving, forwarding, shipping, logistics, and related services in more than 170 countries. Since 1962, IAM has been promoting the growth and success of its members by offering programs, resources, membership protections, and unparalleled networking opportunities to enhance their businesses and their brands.

International Association of Movers

The IAMTrusted Moving Company (ITMC) is a recognition program for IAM member companies that have invested in their staff’s competence, knowledge, and conscientiousness, and want to demonstrate their trustworthiness to their industry peers. Earning ITMC credentials also allows us to collaborate with like-minded peers and reduce inefficiency and risk.

The Canadian Employee Relocation Council (CERC)

The Canadian Employee Relocation Council (CERC) is a membership organization whose goal is to provide leadership, services and assistance to its members, enabling them to effectively serve relocated families by addressing issues that impact workforce mobility both domestically and internationally. CERC has a clearly defined vision of the future and is guided by an important set of values.

Founded on October 22, 1982 the Council has over 500 members from across Canada, the United States and internationally. Through its programs, publications and services, CERC helps members increase their expertise in the field of workforce mobility and provides a forum for corporations and service organizations to effectively communicate and provide a more efficient and cost-effective relocation.

International Facility Management Association

Founded in 1980, IFMA is the world’s largest and most widely recognized international association for facility management professionals, supporting over 23,000 members in more than 100 countries.

Move For Hunger

Move For Hunger is a national non-profit organization that has created a sustainable way to reduce food waste and fight hunger. They have mobilized the leaders of moving, relocation, and multi-family industries to provide their customers, clients, and residents with the opportunity to donate their food when they move.

Building Owners and Managers Association Canada

BOMA Canada’s represents the Canadian commercial real estate industry on matters of national concern, to develop a strong communications network between its local associations, BOMA International and other real estate associations and promote professionalism of its members through education programs and effective public relations activity.

Inuvik Chamber of Commerce

The Inuvik Chamber of Commerce functions to promote trade and commerce in the Inuvik region, with the benefit of the economy and the general community in mind. They support organizations that enable social and cultural welfare in the town of Inuvik.
